How to create a visual like this?

I stumbled across a PowerrBI visual like this and I would like to replicate it. There is a constant 0 with two values in opposite directions from 0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Greg_Deckler&nbsp;I do not know anything on how it was created.&nbsp; I came across it on a PowerPoint presentation and I do not know who created it.&nbsp; It resembles a Funnel chart but has two values.&nbsp; &nbsp;
