How to create a table similar to amazon product comparison

 Hello,

I have a requirement from the client to have table that compares the product side by side as we have in amazon or other websites

I'm not able to do this with the matrix or table visual as all the products we can list only as rows and kpis as columns.

Please help

Hi @SurabhiParashar

In response to your question, in Power BI Desktop, you can use the matrix view to create layouts that are similar to the images you upload, but with some limitations.

In the report view, select the Matrix icon to insert the matrix view.

Drag and drop the fields you want to be rows (for example, product name, brand, color, and so on) into the Rows area. And drag and drop the data you want to display in the columns, such as price, ratings, battery life, and so on, into the Values area.

If you want the image to be displayed, you need to change the image link to "image URL"

However, matrix views in Power BI are primarily used to display and summarize data, not to lay out product information.

While you can approximate the appearance of the above picture by adjusting the format and layout, it may not exactly match the layout and style in the picture.

If you need a fully customized layout and more advanced image integration, you may want to consider using a custom Power BI visualization component or other reporting tool.
