Hi PBI experts
I'm facing a problem that I want to create a slicer or filter. I have a FACT table which has all issues log including time. and also a schedule table. which shows Shift patten(E.g S01 patten time is from 08:30--17:10).
I want when I select the current shift from the slicer e.g S01 Chart will auto filtered the data base on the schdule table (S01 is 08:30-17:10) . Hope any body can help me with this . It anything not clear. Please leave a comments below. @v-lid-msft @Anonymous
Hi
Thank you for your quick response. Is that possible to create a dynamic colum based on what I selected in the Shift patten? For example. S01 refers to 08:30 ---1710. When I choose S01 this colum will be like 0830 0831 0832 0833------1708 1709 1710?
Hi @Schwinn123 ,
Do you wanna show the all time in the period based on your selection or just the time exist in the column based on your selection?
Either way,you need to create a separate table which wont be filtered by your selection then create a related measure to represent the value you need.
Hi Kelly
I want to show the time based on my selection.
I have made a change like below. Is that possible that I Put [Schedule] in slicer. and then a table will come back with a colum of numbers based on [Current H] and [From H] . E.g. when I choose S01A a table will come back with colum the value is from 7,8,9,10....14. And I put this colum as the Filter in the visual. Is that possible??
