How to create a dynamic reference line for report?
I have a stacked column chart with date hierarchy in axis field. I would like to add a reference line, but it should be relevant to the selected date hierarchy level - let's say if 1000 units are for date level month, then for quarter it should be 3000 units and 12 000 for a year. Is it possible to make this reference line dynamic? If yes, then how to achieve that?
P.S. Also - it would be great to have a way to make this reference line relevant for other type of hierachical reports - let's say if I have created hierachy Market segment => Product category => Product... If there would be a way to make the value of reference line to adjust according to which level report is drilled to - it would be really great. (So if anyone has suggestions, hints - please let me know!)

prokurors In your data source do you have units recorded against date value or date is broken down into month, quarter, year ? If you can provide screenshot of your data that would be good.

If you're interested (and haven't done so already), you can vote for Microsoft to include adding a dynamic measure to their reference line here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/13296177-dynamic-reference-line
