How to create a defined template within Power BI

Hello all,

I have a use case where we have a pre made Excel template that we placed data we pull from a SQL Query. However, we have to make numerous formats such as changing numbers to text to keep leading 0s in addition to changing the font from Verdana to Times New Roman every time. Ideally, I want to be able to run SQL queries to pull the data in POWER BI and have it pre-formatted before pasting it into the template.  I'm attaching the template in Excel that I would like replicated in POWER BI with the hopes of all the formatting done prior to the data being loaded into it.
