How to create a default landing page in mobile view

In one of my app all these reports are customised in mobile view. Now I have several reports used by different users. Is it possible to make different default landing page for different users.

Eg. One user wants Overall monthly sales(3) to open when he opens the app and another user wants Overall monthly sales(2) to open when he opens the app. How can we achieve this.

In the olden days we would have said "different audiences = different apps" .  Nowadays you can achieve that through the audiences feature (although severely hobbled as you can only have 10 audiences per app).
