How to create a date slicer

hi friends,

I have several date columns in my SharePoint list, when I add created as a filter I can not get it to behave like a slicer, it only shows as the screenshot below. Any ideas on how to fix this?

@sunnycarrandi ,

Just click on the down arrow of this slicer and choose date between option so it will show the Date Range slicer.

Or click on the Date field of the slicer from visualization pane and click on Date Hierarchy so it will also show the date format value.

Hello @sunnycarrandi ,

Make sure you are pulling Date field instead of individual hierarchy. And from the down arrow, select between/after/before as reqired. Hope below picture will help you.
