How to create a Dynamic Product Crossover Table?

Hey all,

I'm trying to recreate (as close as possible) a visualisation we had on Tableau.

It was a table that updated based on what was selected in a parameter and showed the action crossover for customers.

Data structure is: 

If it helps the data structure can be changed so that each product for an individual has its own row
