I don't think you can direct find out a free copy of this third party visual. You need to contact visual third party dev team to bought this visual.

It seems, this is a 3rd party visual that user needs to purchase the entire suite "Power ON’s Visual Planning ".
Thats I know. I ask If anyone has created or not .So he/she can share the file.
