How to create Banner or popup kind of message in power bi

Hi Team, I have one report and getting lot of access requests on daily basis so to avoid that I want to create one Popup or banner kind of message to visiable to users  when the request access on report like " Please create a support request on my support under ABC category" kind of message should appear to all users so how to implement this type of things in power bi.

I'm not sure if I understand your question correctly. You seem to want your users to see a pop-up window when they apply to access your report (that is, when the report has not been opened yet). If that's the case, then Power BI is not able to achieve this.

If you want to see a pop-up window when the user is viewing your report content (that is, when the report has been opened), then please refer to bhanu_gautam's method and the following link:

Hi there! 

Here's a simple way to create a pop up message: 

1. Insert a Text Box
- Open Power BI Desktop.
- Go to Insert → Text Box.
- Type your message:"Please create a support request under ABC category if you need access."

2. Customize the Banner
- Change the background color to highlight the message.
- Set it to appear at the top of the report.
