Good afternoon:
First of all, thank the people who answer for their help. I understand that it is easy but I have been doing it manually for some time and I want to learn how to do it more efficiently. From the software of my store I download the monthly information by customer, description of services, price, VAT, time, ticket number, etc. As I copy in the image below what I want to get is a formula or a way to quickly make me repeat the fields of ticket number, arrival time departure time and name of the client for all the descriptions of services that have been made in the same ticket, for example, as I have marked in the green columns. In blue is how it comes from the original file, a single line of those fields and all the others empty until the next ticket. How could I do it? Until now what I do is copy and paste until the next ticket but I am convinced that there is a faster way.
Thank you very much in advance,
Greetings.
What if it were in Excel how would you do it? It's possible? Also, I understand, that I can prepare the data, I charge them in Power Query, I give the button you tell me and I would have it. @Syndicate_Admin
Thanks again!
Hi @4pepesanchez4 ,
Are you doing this in Excel? Is it on the spreadsheet of on the query editor?
If you are on the query editor the steps are the same has I refer on top the colour scheme is different but the functionalities are the same.
