We have this situation:
Database: Firebird 3.0
Connection: ODBC(We will not use Amazon Redshift)
Installed and configured ODBC on Amazon Server;
Installed Gateway Personal Mode, logged in with the account i use;
The question is: how do i connect to this remote database?
At First i thought it would appear an option on Power Bi Desktop, but didn't find.
Second i just see the ODBC connection i do on my computer, then i created a connection ODBC on my computer but didn't work too, but works when i create a VPN.
Other attempt i did was on a local server we have:
Installed and configured ODBC on our local Server;
Installed Gateway Standard Mode, logged in with the account, create a gate with name, etc...;
As the Name of the gateway is defined and the connection also creates, i created this connection on Power Bi Services, but to use it in Power Bi Desktop

Hi @GersonArroyo,
I'd like to suggest you try to add power bi service related ip ranges to your data source allowlist. Then requests from power bi service can access and query data from Amazon data source.
