How to check if a value is alphanumeric?

I want to check if a value has three characters and the characters are alphanumeric.

How can I check that please?

It would be easy with regex.

If in DAX:
ISERROR(VALUE("A23")) returns true, so alphanumeric

ISERROR(VALUE("123")) returns false, so numeric

@Anonymous - Do you want a DAX or Power Query solution or do you care? And are you trying to determine if it is numeric versus alphanumeric or are you trying to figure out that it only contains certain characters (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) and not characters like period, semi-colon, etc.?
