How to change where the data comes from in a BI report

I created a BI report in the desktop version.  How do I change where the data file is coming from (network location to like sharepoint or to onedrive)?  I do not want to have to rebuild the report because I have so many newly created columns.  What is the best way to do this?  It is something I can do in the Power BI app, pointing to a sharepoint location or a onedrive location for the dataset?
