How to change position of subtotals?

As you can see, in this matrix, the drilldown for change the position of row subtotals is enable... but in other reports, the same drilldown is disable. Suggestions? It's a setting or anything else?

The dropdown in the red box, is the posittion (top and bottom)

Please check that the following settings are enabled for Matrix Visuals.

It will cause the row subtotal to be unable to change position.

As I said I have few report with that dropdown in greay/disable. So I wanna know the setting to do that.
