How to calculate revenue per year from contracts

Hi

Sorry I am a begginer in PowerBI

I have the following table of contracts. The end date is empty if the contract is still alive. 

The price is for one year subscription.

ContractID   StartDate           EndDate            Price for 12 months

1                  01/07/2021       01/07/2022       100

2                  01/01/2021        31/12/2021       200

3                   01/09/2021                                 300

I would like to calculate the revenue per year and the number of active contracts per year

Year      Revenue   Nb Contracts

2021     350                3

2022     350                2

2023     300                1
