How to calculate continuous events

Hi,

I have two columns with the room temperature for every 10 minutes recorded. By using those I have created a flag for the temperature if it is greater than a threshold value. Now I have a flag column (Out of Range) with 0 and 1.

Now, I need to calculate the set of 10 or more periods continously flagged as 1 and treat that as one event.

Ex. If there are 2 hours data all flagged as 1's that should considered as one event.

Can anyone help me on this?
