How to build a waterfall chart in paginated report

Hi,

 

I can create a bar chart in paginated report but I wonder If we can tweak it to make a waterfall chart? For example, how to offset the difference between two bars in a paginated report bar chart? Can we move the bar up and down on the y axis to show the differences? Any tips or guidance would be appreciated.
