How to auto refresh Power BI
We are using Dynamic CRM, can I connect CRM and Power BI online for auto refresh or streamline? or still need API connection?

Yes, you can use Get Data to connect to and import your data from an online service provider like Dynamic CRM. Like most online service providers, Dynamic CRM updates data once a day, usually at night. You can manually refresh your Dynamic CRM dataset, or setup a refresh schedule, but it’s not necessary because Power BI will automatically refresh the dataset and your reports and dashboards will be updated too. However, if you want to create real-time dashboards in Power BI, you may need to make use of Microsoft Power BI REST API and Set up your real-time streaming dataset in Power BI. For more details, please refer to the following articles:

where to find "dynamic CRM" under get data? there are "dynamic CRM marketing" and "service" content pack, but all failed and it've been told it's not working on CRM online 2016. and some1 also said because the size over the limit. any idea?

i can connect power desktop with dynamic crm online, then publish onto power bi service for auto refresh. But i found it working with small datasets but not big ones. auto refresh keep failing. some1 said auto freshing not working with big datasets.
