How to append only changed data in powerbi desktop?

Hi,

      IAm very new to powerbi.How to do incremental load in powerbi desktop means append only changed data to already existing data in powerbi desktop not in service,as i know incremental refresh is there but it only works in powerbi premium.How to do in powerbi desktop, as a bi developer loading incremental/changed data is a regular thing right.Why it is not there in powerbi desktop upto now or any workaround is there using edit query.

I'm not clear about your requirement.

when data changing in source, refresh if from Power BI Desktop, it would append changed data under orignal data as below, right?

Hi @seenukancharla 

Indeed, when refreshing from Power BI Desktop, it would refresh to get the result you expected in Power BI.

But it is not an incremental refresh. It just reflects the whole new data from data source.

Hi,

           Ya i know it loads entire data everytime,but any workaround is there using power query/edit query  any tip /trick.As i heard  using buffer tables we can achieve this ,if yes can u help buffer tables concept or any suggestion to achieve this.
