How to add the new column having hard coded values in table

Hi team, 
below is  the screenshot of my sample data.

I  want to add below column in this table. 

I want to use this column in Chiclet slicer, so when i select e.g. country x, then date_x should get copied to date column.

Can you please help?

You can use something like this:

Selected Date =
IF (
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[region] ) = "x",
    SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[date_x] ),
    IF (
        SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[region] ) = "y",
        SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[date_y] ),
        IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[region] ) = "z", SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[date_z] ) )
    )
)
