For example I have a column with 4 different types of values : 'Seen' , 'Read Reviews', 'Added to Cart', 'Bought'. These may be present in any number, together totalling the number of rows in the data. I want to use a 'Semicircular Guage' to represent the total number of 'Bought' (as the Value) and the total no. of 'Added to Cart' as the Target Value in the guage.
But when I use a 'Visual Filter' and select either of these conditions, the data in the complete visual gets filtered and there is no way I can represent 'Bought' as a percentage of 'Added to Cart' because the no. of rows in both becomes equal.
Any ideas how I can achieve this ? Thanks !!

I think the best way is two measures:
Adds To Cart = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(Table), Table[Column] = "Added to Cart")
Bought = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(Table), Table[Column] = "Bought")
Then put AddsToCart as the Target Value and Bought as the Value
