How to add dynamic list of company name and filter those company name data in visualization..

Actually I have create 1 dashboard the fields r 

Company Name,website,Contact Name.

Total data is 1mil.

And total companies r 100k

Now user want to search 200 his company name list in my dashboard with dynamic input file.

So how can we add dynamic input file with company name from the specific folder location.
