How to add all Users of Active directory into RLS Role In Powerbi Service

Is there anyway by which I can add all the users into one single role (i.e username()), I have 500 Users and manually adding them all together inside one single role is an impossible tasks, how can I add all of them at once???

Hi @Anmolgan,

 

From this document, you can add a member to the role by typing in the email address, or name, of the user, security group or distribution list you want to add. This member has to be within your organization. Here, security group means Office 365 security group. Please contact with Office 365 administrator to create security group for these 500 users. This way, you don't need to type 500 email addresses to the role one by one, just type security group or distribution list instead.

Isn't there a way to create a "Others" group?

 

I want to give access to only a few folks in the organization, so I was thinking in filtering out everyone else
