How to add a grouped bar on chart

Hello,

I have territory in a chart axis. The territory is split by local and global values 

Lets say that global is:

North America

Europe

Asia

So whenever user select a "local" in a slicer, there should pop

North America

Europe

Asia

Local (NA + EUR+ASIA)

and their corresponding values by measure [Sales Amount]

How to achieve that?
