How to Total on a Subset, Ignoring One Slicer

I'm trying to count a subset of data, while ignoring only one slicer, but I can't seem to get it. I have a Service Ticket table and want to count the number of tickets for the Responsible Group (TSNA), while ignoring the slicer for Ticket Owner (I want to do this to compare the individual's performance to that of this particular group (there are other groups in the data), with all the other filters and slicers, remaining in place). I was trying to use the ALL function, but it still seems to leave the Ticket Owner slicer selection in place.

Total Service Tickets TSNA =
CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(ServiceTicket[Transaction Number]),
ALL('ServiceTicket'[Ticket Owner]),
FILTER('ServiceTicket', [Responsible Group] = "TSNA"))

The result should be 833, but is reduced down to 67 because it is counting for the slicer.
