How to Sign in into a particular organization in PowerBI desktop

Hello Forum,

I have a very particular problem. I have two power BI accounts with one email address. Actually my email address is part of my organization and also added as a guest in our client AD and from there they have given it access to their power BI environment. I am reiterating that email address is same.

Now on web app there is no issue as I can access the client power BI account by passing the ctid parameter with apps.powerbi.com but in power bi desktop when I sign in, I get signed into power bi account of my organization but actually I want to sign into my other power bi account i.e. the client environment account. How can I do that? 

Any help or an alternate solution will be deeply appreciated.
