How to Print the Full Visualization
- Anonymous1 year ago
Hi skg18
When exporting a Power BI report to PDF, visuals with scrollbars are exported in their default state. The visual displays all possible rows, starting with the first row. Even if you have the visual scrolled down, when exported, the visual displays unscrolled. Export reports to PDF - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
When there are so many rows and columns in the matrix visual that you can't display them all, exporting it from Power BI report is not a good option. Instead, you can use a Paginated report. Paginated reports are designed to be printed or shared. They're formatted to fit well on a page. They display all the data in a table, even if the table spans multiple pages. You can control their report page layout exactly.

Hi skg18,
For printing you can recreate the matrix in a Paginated Report, this kind of item are optimize for printing.
The paginated report can be imported in your Report if needed as a visual.
You can recreate them in the service or with Power BI Report Builder using the same Semantic Model.
Thanks.
