How to Link multiple fields to 1 slicer on a single dashboard?

Hi Community,

I have different data values with same template in multiple fields, i.e., i have prepared data of multiple pages for each month in excel and imported that into PowerBI

I want to compare the progress on monthly wise using the slicer on a single dashboard. How can i get this work done?
I just need the data to change in the dashboard when i change the month in the slicer by linking/syncing multiple fields as the template format is same

Is there any way to link multiple fields?

Please help me in this

Hi @deepak_7 ,

Instead of having multiple facts table for tables with the same format, why not combine them into one? This will make your calculations simpler.

Thanks for the response Sir,

Actually the sheets will be placed in the sharepoint in Onedrive and automatically that gets updated by multiple users on monthly wise. These sheets will get updated into the PowerBI automatically.

Only one person will handle the PowerBI.

If we maintain only one sheet, then the data will gradually gets heavier on monthly wise, which might be hard to handle at some point.

So, i thought to work in this way. Please give your valuable suggestions on this.
