How to Invoke Powershell command from Power BI visual?

Question

Is it possible to invoke another command or make other calls when a user clicks on an Alert Name in PowerBI visual? For example could you automatically run a PowerShell command or anything else when the user clicks on Alert Name?

Can anybody please guide me if it is possible?
