How to Fix Missing Functionality in Community Site

This morning and afternoon I have been on the community site and all kinds of things were not working. The editing buttons were gone (bold, italic, photos, etc.), @ tagging wasn't working to display suggestions, macros were not working, etc. The fix is pretty simple, clear your browser cache. Just the cache, you don't have to clear your history, etc. Worked for me. Thanks chass for saving what is left of my hair!
