How to Find the Range (max-min) of a column of Sale Amount ($)

Hello!

I have a column where each row is a sale total amount (USD $). I would like to find out the range (max-min $). How do I do this, and what is the best visualization to show the range is USD $ form?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @W2SANC ,

You can create a column as follows for the range:

Range = IF('Table (2)'[Sales Amount] > 0 && 'Table (2)'[Sales Amount] <= 3000, "0-1000",
            IF('Table (2)'[Sales Amount] > 3000 && 'Table (2)'[Sales Amount] <= 6000, "3000-6000",
                IF('Table (2)'[Sales Amount] > 6000 && 'Table (2)'[Sales Amount] <= 10000, "6000-10000",""
)))

For the vizualization part need to see the data and decide accordingly, I've used clustered column chart to display the following, where the user can drill down and check the state according to the range.
