How to Display Data with only a single Value

Say I have the below data:

Name 1 - Specialty 1, Specialty 2,

Name 2 - Specialty 1

Name 3 - Specialty 1, Specialty 2, Specialte 3

When I add a slicer for Specialty and select Specialty 1, it will show all names. However, I only want to see the Names that JUST have Specialty 1 and no other specialties. How do I go about doing that?

Thank you community!

@A-WSHC , You can split the column, in power query

Power Query Split Column , Split Column By Delimiter: https://youtu.be/FyO9Vmhcfag

Or you can try this approach split in a dimension, not in the table
