How to Create a Custom tool tip
Hello Power BI community,
I want to create a custom tool tip for my column chart.
I have attached the screen shot of the tool tip below.
Can I create a tool tip as in the screen shot in Power BI.
If it is possible please help me.

While you can't have exactly what you need but I tried to have something close to the expected result (I let you do the adjustments) :
You need to add a new page and under the Format pane, expand Page Information. Enter the name for your tooltip and toggle the Tooltip option on.
Add the fields and measures you wish to filter the tooltip when hovering over the report.
The result :
