How to Create Graph with Measures as X-axis

I am trying to create a bar chart with measures for the x-axis but can't quite get it.

I have a table of contracts, with their final status and dates associated with those statuses. I have created measures to evaluate the status and return a "LIVE" status as per the parameters of a date slider. To do this, I implement a disconnected tables method.

Data table:

Sub CompanyContract StatusContract Begin DateContract Signed DateContract Freeze DateContract Closed Date
Client-100020Closed8/17/20208/4/2020 10/6/2020
Client-100071Frozen5/24/20211/15/20211/23/2022
Client-100159Closed5/24/20214/19/2021 10/2/2021
Client-100170Closed2/5/20212/4/2021 8/3/2021
Client-100237Closed12/31/202011/4/2020 3/9/2021

Data table with LIVE status:

Sub CompanyContract StatusContract Begin DateContract End DateLIVE Status
Client-100020Closed8/17/202010/6/2020Closed
Client-100071Frozen5/24/20211/23/2022Open
Client-100159Closed5/24/202110/2/2021Open
Client-100170Closed2/5/20218/3/2021Open
Client-100237Closed12/31/20203/9/2021Open

Now, I need to create a bar chart of a count of these clients, based off of the LIVE status.
