How to Count the list of users from slicer filter

Hi Team,

Need your support to resolve one of query. Here i have created a slicer using measures. Measure is created to categorise user based on the productivity value  and  I want to count the user list who are less than 95% overall productivity.

I am posting the image to have better understaning on my requirement below.

In the above if you look at the right corner end last column , only one user is having 68% which is less than 95%. So the count should be 1 here .

Please note the below code i have written to get different productivity categories. Now i need count of users less than 95%.

-----------------

Output_Range(ILP) = IF(
                ISBLANK(VW_NIPPON_PRODUCTIVITY[Last_12M_ILPs]),"No ILP",
                    if(
                        VW_NIPPON_PRODUCTIVITY[Last_12M_ILPs] < 70, "<70% ILP",
                        if(
                            VW_NIPPON_PRODUCTIVITY[Last_12M_ILPs] < 95, "70% to <95% ILP",
                            if(
                                VW_NIPPON_PRODUCTIVITY[Last_12M_ILPs] < 100, "95% to <100% ILP",
                                if(
                                    VW_NIPPON_PRODUCTIVITY[Last_12M_ILPs] =100, "100% ILP",
                                    if(
                                        VW_NIPPON_PRODUCTIVITY[Last_12M_ILPs] <=150, ">100% ILP",">150% ILP"
                                    )
                                )
                            )
                        )
                    )
)
-----------------------------------------------

Sagar

@sagarsahoo_123 , if you need a slicer on measure or bucket measure, you need dynamic segmentation
