How to Change how data is formatted?

Hi, I'm new to PowerBI so apologies if this is not at all possible. I'm trying to turn this:

into this:

Is it possible to do this in PowerQuery? I'm trying to create a resource planning bar chart similar to this, so if there's a measure I can use instead, I would appreciate that. Thank you!

Yes, this is possible with the unpivot column function:

    Please do the following:

    Start table:

highlight the name column and click on unpivot other columns:

    in-between result

no righ click an Attrbiute and use Replace value

    Result

    Best regards

    Michael
