How to Add Power BI to model-driven apps

I'm a beginner and I have 2 questions:

(1) How to add Power BI to a model-driven app as a dashboard
(2) How to embed Power BI in the form screen as a report

Set up reports and dashboards in a workspace other than My Workspace.
