How does matrix column grand total work?

At the highlighted row, the total in Total columns is not equal the total of other columns.
Then I try filtering only 1 vessel code
It still have this problem. So I wonder if the calculate total mechanism of matric is simply sum all other columns or it can be affected by DAX which is used to calculate columns
