How do "run" a new Dashboard I've created?

Hello - I am very new to all of this.

I have used QlickSense previously so my question has some assumptions that Power Bi has a similar feature.

I've wizzed together a dashboard and I want to "run it" to see how it works?

All the instructions tell me to "Publish" it to the web and run it?

Is there no way in Power Bi of just running the dashboard locally (almost a Preview mode)?

Hi @RSW,

As Power BI Desktop is mainly the report building tool, not really the presentation layer, there is no such option for Power BI Desktop currently.

In addition, here is a similar thread for your reference. And you can vote the idea mentioned in that thread and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
