How do I return the value from one column and row into another column?

The title sums it up. I'd like to get the value "100 Thieves" in the bottom row, but in a new custom column (and the same for "TSM" appearing in the top row). How do I do this in Dax?

@Anonymous , Try a new column like

new column = if([team] ="TSM" , maxx(filter(Table, [Date EST] = earlier([Date EST]) && [team] <> "TSM" ),[team]),[team])
