@Anonymous you can add a visual/page/report level filter, drop the age column on the page level filter and filter where the age is 40. Read more about filters here Add a filter to a report in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
or add a slicer and use age column in it and you can select any value and the table visual will filter on it.

Thanks, But do filter stay there even if u move the reports and publish them?
In the query editor, you can just filter to value 40 in the Age column.

Require more details what exactly you are trying to achieve, maybe more screenshot/explanation or dummy pbix will be helpful.
so i want to filter the data shown in the first table to where the age must be 40. so whomevers age is 40 there details will be shown.
