Your problem is that you want to count the number of non-null values in that column at the end of each column, right?
First of all, you can replace the letters of each column with 1 in Power Query
Then change their type to whole number
Then click close&apply
This is the result you want

It looks like there is no measure in Power BI to show G P Y R OG as coloured data but the totals in numbers beow. I was hoping to have different colours for each of the letters say as a in a calander.
