I am trying to recreate a spreadsheet provided. The below chart used the =Series function and passes three values to the chart for the best worst and average values.
Is it possible to create this chart in Power BI?

Thanks for lbendlin reply. Box and Whiskers chart is similar to the chart you post.
You can also use line and stucked column cahrt to create in power bi
