How do I add files to global permission when there are no files to edit?

A few days ago I accidentally cleared all the files from my global permissions. I still have it in my "Data sources in current file" tab but whenever I pull up data source settings the global permissions look like this. I do not know how I am supposed to edit it or add files to it because it is not letting me click it. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

@amitchandak I just checked it and it randomly started working! Maybe because I set the file permissions to public I am not sure. Thank you for the prompt reply! I appreciate it.

@jungkook , you should able to edit the current file connection using the other option ?
