How can i create a new column that creates new values based on previous the weeks values?

I am trying to recreate the table shown in the screenshot within Power BI so that it can refreshed with the live data from FileMaker Pro instead of manually updated in a separate Excel sheet. The problem I am having is the columns Balance, Capacity, and Weekly picks do not exist within Filemaker so I am having to create these within Power BI but am unable to enter new data within the existing table so have to create a new table to input the basic values which will allow me to create the calculated columns. What is the best way to create the balance column which will input the new week's values based on the previous week's values and does a sum from columns in another table?
