How can I report an Issue in Community?

I'm not sure is it ok to post it here but I didn't find any related spot to my point!

I can't create a new message in the Issues forum. How can we announce issues to the power bi team?

Are you talking about this Issues - Microsoft Power BI Community ? Have you tried with this link ?

I am not having any problem to create any issues
