How can I replace 0 with - (dash) in Power BI Matrix?

Hi @dixityashovardh,

 

You could a measure by IF function like below.

 

Measure = IF(MAX('Sheet3'[Sales]) =0,"-",MAX('Sheet3'[Sales]))

And the output is below.
