How can I remove rows that contain a "0" in two columns

I need to remove rows that contain a "0" in two columns.  For instance, I need to remove rows 1 and 3 from the example below:

 

 Approval Actual
00
35
00
020
500

 

Any help will be appreciated.  Thank you!
