How can I get the correct execution query ?

I'm using Power BI Desktop to get data from Synapse.
You can also see the native query by checking the steps on the PowerQuery screen.
However, even if you check the issued query using the query diagnostic function, only the systematic query is fetched, and you cannot check how the query confirmed by the native query is executed.

Here are the steps I took to get the publish query:
① Open the report
② Click "Start Diagnosis" on the "Tools" tab of the PowerQuery screen.
③ Click the "Update Data" button on the Power BI Desktop screen.
④ When the update is complete, click "Stop Diagnosis" on the "Tools" tab of the PowerQuery screen.

Is the above procedure incorrect?
How can I check the updated information of the data that the query confirmed by the native query was issued?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi Anonymous ,

Did you check the queries in the Advanced Editor?

      Yes, I checked there.

I have selected "Enable in Query Editor" in the optional query diagnostics, but I suspect this is the cause.
Should I select "Enable in Report and Query Editor"?
(Due to authority, this selection is not possible on my PC)
